On Friday, September 25 Archbishop Hartmayer released the following statement on the COVID-19 Dispensation to attend Mass.:
"The dispensation from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass will now remain in place until further notice. We will continue to monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Georgia Department of Public Health and make changes as needed."
