Stewardship of Prayer

In honor of the beginning of Advent we celebrated Stewarship of Prayer Weekend where we invited all members of our Parish Family to spend Advent focusing on increasing their prayer life. Please read Fr. Dan's letter below and downolad the prayer card to help you on your journey.

St. Teresa of Avila described prayer as "taking time frequently to be alone with him who we know loves us."

As we prepare to begin a new liturgical year with the start of Advent, I invite you to make a renewed commitment to regular prayer, which is the heart of our relationship with God. Thoughtfully consider the suggestions below and select one or more as your personal or family commitment to prayer for the new year. By making a written commitment you’ll motivate yourself and increase the likelihood that you’ll follow through.

Once you’ve made your commitment, place this card in a prominent place in your home,

car or office, and let it be a reminder and encouragement throughout the year.

Sincerely in Christ,

Father Dan, Pastor
